We describe and price our products as accurately as we can. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change over time.

Occasionally an item may be unavailable or a price may be listed in error, in which case we may cancel the affected order and refund you.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example, if an item is out of stock — and we'll refund you if we can't fulfil it.

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorised to use the payment method.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

The Hair Essence is a cosmetic product for external use on hair. Please patch test before first use and discontinue use if any irritation occurs.

It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and results vary from person to person.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NORU's liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
