We want you to love the Hair Essence. Here's how returns and refunds work.
Change of mind
Because the essence is a personal-care product, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has shipped.
If something's wrong, we'll make it right
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we'll fix it — with a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You usually won't need to send anything back unless we ask.
How to reach us
Email hello@noru.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and, for a damage or quality issue, a quick photo. We'll sort it out fast.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
